Customer Service Representative

About the role

Mor Sports Group is seeking a full‑time, remote Customer Service Representative to support its Construction and Sales teams. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal project teams, ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation throughout each project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers from project handover to closeout.
• Track schedules, documents, and communication records in Buildertrend.
• Prepare and send weekly status reports, welcome packs, and project updates.
• Schedule pre‑construction meetings and manage related documentation.
• Monitor construction phases, review quality certification forms, and escalate issues.
• Follow up on change orders, completion packets, and handover packs.
• Log warranty requests, acknowledge within 24 hours, and coordinate resolutions.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination and customer service.
• Strong written communication in English (C1/C2 level).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfort working within strict approval processes and SOPs.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and availability Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM Paraguay time.

Required skills

• Buildertrend or similar construction management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking logs and reports.
