Construction Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Administrative Assistant to support the administrative and operational management of our construction projects. The role ensures smooth tracking of processes, documentation and material deliveries on site.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks related to the construction site.
• Enter, update and control information in systems and spreadsheets.
• Provide administrative support to various company areas, tracking requests, deliveries, staff attendance and documentation.
• Follow up on deliveries of materials, supplies and services required for the site.
• Coordinate the sending and receiving of documentation between the site and the administrative offices.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and follow internal requirements.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Administrative, Industrial or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organization, planning and follow‑up abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, responsible and detail‑oriented.
• Previous experience in industrial, construction or related sectors is a plus.
• Resident of the Mariano Roque Alonso area.
