About the role

The Construction Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring hydrosanitary projects from design through final delivery. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Asunción, Paraguay, and requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical specifications, regulations, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of hydrosanitary works.
• Coordinate on‑site teams, track progress, and verify compliance with technical specifications and local norms.
• Control quality by reviewing materials, procedures, and technical standards.
• Prepare reports, measurements, budgets, and maintain constant communication with site management and corporate leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience working on‑site, supervising field teams and activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact smoothly with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Background in structural engineering and prior involvement in civil engineering projects.
• University degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using BIM tools.
• Knowledge of structural analysis/design software.
