Diseñador Junior AutoCAD – Sistemas HVAC

About the role

Inref AC is looking for a Junior AutoCAD Designer to support its HVAC projects. The role focuses on creating, reviewing, and updating architectural and construction drawings for systems such as VRV, chilled water, and extraction. The position is based in Paraguay with a hybrid work model, allowing most tasks to be performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD for HVAC-related projects.
• Review and update existing plans to ensure compliance with functional and normative requirements.
• Organize graphic information and plan spaces to maintain precision and consistency.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other technical staff to translate project needs into clear drawings.
• Maintain documentation and version control of all design files.

Required profile

• Strong aptitude for technical drawing and proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Ability to interpret functional specifications and regulatory standards.
• Good communication skills for coordination with technical teams.
• Currently studying or graduated in architecture, engineering, technical design, or a related field.
• Preferably some experience with HVAC systems or construction environments.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
• Familiarity with collaborative digital tools.
