About the role
Join Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM as a Financial and Commercial Agreements Assistant. You will support the Order to Cash process, ensure data integrity in SAP, and collaborate with sales, logistics and finance teams to drive operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor orders, shipments and deliveries, guaranteeing accurate processing in SAP.
- Track performance metrics, analyse indicators and propose improvement actions.
- Perform financial reconciliations and support reverse‑logistics, finance and sales administration.
- Act as the primary contact for operational queries across sales, logistics and finance departments.
- Contribute to standardisation and automation projects to streamline processes.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of professional experience in finance, sales administration or logistics.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (desired).
- Ability to handle high task volumes and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Intermediate Excel.
- Experience with SAP (desired).
- Knowledge of Power BI (desired).
