Financial Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our international technology company in Asunción. The role supports daily financial operations of the Project Financial Controller team, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting and month‑end revenue management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the finance management team in financial planning and operational control activities.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining revenue forecasts and budgets, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Support budget execution analysis by tracking actuals versus plan, identifying variances and updating Excel reports.
• Monitor monthly revenue recognition to ensure alignment with contract terms and internal guidelines.
• Follow up on reconciliation items and coordinate with Contract Management and Supply Chain to validate information.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or student in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish (native) and English.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance‑related roles, including bank reconciliations.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Bank reconciliation techniques.
