About the role

Integrated Business Services LATAM is seeking a Senior Accounting Assistant to develop automated dashboards and reports in Excel, ensuring data extraction, quality, and standardisation according to internal standards. The role supports the team with data analysis and process automation using Microsoft tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create reports and dashboards in Excel using advanced formulas, VBA, Power Automate and KNIME.
• Extract, consolidate and standardise data from multiple sources, guaranteeing accuracy and quality.
• Provide technical and analytical support to the team on ongoing projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, recording development assumptions and data logic.
• Interact with key users to understand requirements and propose aligned business solutions.

Required profile

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with accounting processes such as reconciliations, reporting and balances.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Apps and SAP (advantage).
• Customer‑service orientation, teamwork, strong communication and proactive attitude.
• Graduate or currently studying Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
