About the role

Integrated Business Services LATAM is seeking a Senior Accounting Assistant to develop automated dashboards and reports in Excel, ensure data extraction, quality and standardisation, and support the team with data analysis and process automation using Microsoft tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create reports and dashboards in Excel using advanced formulas and automation with VBA, Power Automate and KNIME.
• Extract, consolidate and standardise data from multiple sources, guaranteeing accuracy and quality.
• Provide technical and analytical support to ongoing projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, recording development assumptions and data logic.
• Interact with key users to understand requirements and propose aligned solutions.

Required profile

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with accounting processes such as reconciliations, reporting and balance sheets.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Apps and SAP is a plus.
• Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
