About the role

Integrated Business Services LATAM is looking for a Senior Decision Support Analyst to join its team in Asunción, Paraguay. The role works Monday to Friday, 09:00‑19:00, and requires advanced English. You will support Nestlé’s finance and accounting functions across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret applicable accounting standards for Nestlé.
• Publish sales reports and income statements.
• Prepare and analyze accounting data.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Transition new services and conduct training sessions.
• Provide technical support to the team.
• Supervise and execute month‑end closing activities.
• Lead global and local improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance, business continuity, and internal controls.

Required profile

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced spoken English.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in managerial reporting and leading meetings.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and decision‑support procedures.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on quality.
• Graduated or studying Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
