About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Accounting Analyst to join the accounting team at Itaú Invest. The role involves preparing daily and regulatory reports, consolidating account balances, and supporting both administrative and operational financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily data reports for outsourcing partners.
• Control, verify and consolidate accounting balances.
• Produce regulatory and managerial accounting reports for the regional headquarters and SIV.
• Monitor collections and payments related to HR, suppliers, regulator commissions and other operational activities.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Assist in administrative and regulatory project management.
• Participate in process‑automation initiatives within the accounting area.

Required skills

• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Experience with regulatory reporting frameworks such as SIV and SET.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar accounting positions, preferably within banking, brokerage, fund administration, audit, or accounting outsourcing environments.
• Academic background in Accounting (final‑year student or graduate).
