Vice President, Markets Product & Client Delivery Lead

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for a senior leader to drive the rollout of new markets products and oversee end‑to‑end onboarding for capital‑markets clients trading cash, fixed income, FX, rates, credit and repo across the APAC region. The role partners closely with sales, product, operations and compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the launch of new markets products in APAC, coordinating with global product and delivery partners.
• Collaborate with sales, relationship managers and clients to manage onboarding priorities, documentation and milestone tracking.
• Maintain detailed onboarding checklists, identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
• Provide onboarding metrics and reporting to business management for decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and external regulatory requirements, escalating issues as needed.
• Navigate cross‑division stakeholders to resolve complex, business‑critical issues promptly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business relationship support experience, with a strong background in capital‑markets client onboarding.
• 8+ years of experience handling KYC, CDD, regulatory due diligence and account maintenance in wholesale banking or capital markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
