Executive Director – Head of Financial Institutions Product Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader within the Global Payments & Liquidity organization to head industry teams that deliver value to banks and non‑bank financial institutions. The role will drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, provide industry representation and deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Product Solutions Specialists (PSSs), providing guidance to achieve engagement and pipeline objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic solutions that expand client wallet share and drive revenue growth.
• Partner with the GPL sales organization to cultivate strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Influence product development strategy, stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and competitor activity.
• Represent Wells Fargo at industry events, conferences and client meetings to promote the brand as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• 10+ years of business growth strategy experience, including Treasury Management or Global Payments.
• 4+ years of management or leadership experience overseeing product‑focused teams.
• Ability to work on‑site at an approved location at least three days per week.
• Eligibility for employment without Visa sponsorship.
