Senior Assistant Vice President, Cash Management Operations Specialist

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Assistant Vice President to lead Cash Management Operations across APAC entities. The specialist will monitor payment flows, funding requirements and treasury reporting, acting as the primary liaison between Operations and Treasury.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash nostro accounts for settlement status, liquidity needs and ensure balances stay within agreed thresholds.
• Advise the MCT desk on outgoing currency requirements, daily funding positions and execute funding requests across Nostro accounts.
• Prepare and deliver daily T+1 cash flow files to Treasury and conduct proactive system checks for accurate updates.
• Partner with MCT and Network Management to create new Nostro accounts using the EFIA tool.
• Act as a risk champion, escalating incidents, supporting audits and internal reviews.
• Oversee day‑to‑day Cash Management Operations, sign off checklists, reconciliations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Represent APAC Cash Management Operations on regional and global projects, collaborating with global teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience or education.
• 3–8 years of cash management operations experience within a financial institution, with strong understanding of currency cut‑off times and funding impacts.
