About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Principal Architect to lead the design of comprehensive technical solutions across multiple systems and technology stacks. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while shaping enterprise‑wide architecture that aligns with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and govern end‑to‑end technical solutions spanning several organizational units and technology ecosystems.
• Define and implement robust architectural patterns and integration strategies to streamline complex system communications.
• Provide strategic technical leadership, aligning cross‑functional teams and stakeholders on long‑term technology roadmaps.
• Analyze and resolve intricate technical challenges by applying deep fluency across diverse software stacks.
• Standardize architectural practices to ensure system reliability, security, and performance across the enterprise.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or systems design.
• Proven expertise in designing end‑to‑end solutions across multiple technology stacks and systems.
• Strong leadership skills for managing cross‑functional relationships and stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
