Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at Bring IT you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of standard implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and on budget. You will coordinate a small team of consultants, manage risks, and serve as the central point of accountability for project health.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of standard implementations, keeping projects on schedule, in scope and on budget.
• Run structured project cadences such as status updates, risk reviews and planning sessions, and keep the project plan current.
• Coordinate a small team of consultants while acting as the central point of accountability.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks before they escalate, rather than merely logging them.
• Communicate project status clearly to diverse audiences, highlighting trade‑offs and impacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of project management experience in ERP, software implementation or technology consulting environments.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal); Portuguese may be required depending on location.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or PMP certification is required; additional certifications such as CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, SAFe, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and NetSuite ERP Consultant are strong assets.
