Jefe Administrativo y Financiero

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to oversee the administrative and financial functions of a fast‑growing fintech. The role ensures reliable financial information for decision‑making, controls budgets, manages risks and provides strategic support to the General Management and Board.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the company’s financial health by delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Lead budgeting, cash‑flow management, forecasting, EBITDA tracking and profitability analysis by business line.
• Oversee treasury operations, accounts receivable/payable, invoicing and bank reconciliations.
• Supervise monthly closes, preparation of financial statements and compliance with tax obligations.
• Develop financial plans that translate numbers into strategic decisions.
• Manage performance dashboards and control‑management tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience leading finance or administration teams.
• Proven experience in cash‑flow, budgeting, forecasting, EBITDA and profitability analysis.
• Hands‑on knowledge of treasury, AR/AP, invoicing and bank reconciliation processes.
• Experience with monthly closing, financial statements and tax compliance.
• Ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations.
