About the role
The Junior Invoicing and Financial Specialist supports Consorcio Aviation’s International Flight Operations finance team. This entry‑level position works on the full purchasing and invoicing cycle, handling vendor interactions, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, audit, control and store invoices for international and domestic flight operations.
- Review pricing against quotes, negotiate with vendors, and monitor exchange‑rate conversions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports using Looker and Data Studio.
- Coordinate outgoing invoice management and purchasing/pricing control with senior finance staff.
- Maintain organized folders, support flight‑ops email communications, and create templates in the project‑management software.
Required profile
- Effective written communication in English and Spanish.
- Highly advanced spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities with vendors and clients.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Experience using Looker or Data Studio for reporting.
