Gerente de Cobros y Operaciones

About the role

Finsana, a fast‑growing fintech, is looking for a Gerente de Cobros y Operaciones to lead its collections and operations functions. The role combines process design, performance monitoring, and team leadership to ensure efficient cash‑flow management and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document collection, sales, and customer‑service processes.
• Assess current credit‑product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive product innovation.
• Supervise, evaluate, and optimize collection channels for customers.
• Track collection cash‑flow against projected forecasts.
• Maintain KPI results for Operations and Collections.
• Ensure daily operation of the call centre.
• Handle requests from regular partner entities.
• Control and support the management of external collection agencies.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in collections, customer service, or operations within the financial or real‑estate sector.
• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.
• Proven leadership and team‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
