About the role

We are looking for a Contract Manager to lead the contractual management of construction projects that shape the future. The role ensures legal and contractual compliance at every stage of our works.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Administer insurance policies and guarantees, ensuring full compliance.
• Monitor contractual obligations and deadlines.
• Maintain and update project documents in the DNCP system.
• Coordinate with public and private entities such as DNCP, MOPC and ANDE.
• Oversee final receipt and orderly closure of contracts.
• Support tender processes and provide legal‑administrative guidance.

Required profile

• Advanced students or graduates in Law, Business Administration or related fields.
• Preferably experience in similar positions within the road construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of Law 7021/22 on public procurement and technical construction insurance.
• Analytical, proactive and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Law 7021/22 Public Procurement.
• Understanding of technical construction insurance.
• Proficiency with the DNCP document management system.
