About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to oversee and coordinate all crane and heavy‑lifting operations for Grúas Magno, a specialist in load movement solutions. The role combines technical planning, on‑site supervision, and team leadership to ensure safe and efficient execution of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and technically coordinate crane and lifting services, defining scope and methodology.
• Evaluate operational requirements for each job, selecting appropriate equipment and resources.
• Supervise on‑site maneuvers and construction activities, ensuring precision and safety.
• Coordinate crane operators and technical staff, managing schedules and task assignments.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, industry standards, and company policies.
• Conduct technical field surveys to assess site conditions and constraints.
• Provide technical support for the preparation and execution of service proposals.
• Guarantee proper utilization and operational availability of all crane equipment.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with cranes, heavy lifting, construction, industry or cargo logistics.
• Ability to interpret site conditions and plan complex lifting maneuvers.
• Proven leadership of operational teams in a technical environment.
• Strong orientation toward safety, detailed planning and problem solving.
