Analista de Marketing Digital

About the role

The position is part of Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM's Integrated Marketing Services team, providing 24/7 social listening support for Nestlé operations across Latin America. The analyst monitors digital channels, generates alerts, and prepares reports to help manage crises and improve digital performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor mentions across digital channels and generate real‑time alerts.
• Produce social listening reports and comprehensive templates summarising key findings.
• Ensure quality of deliverables (data accuracy, formatting, writing, analysis) to meet service level expectations.
• Present report findings to stakeholders when required.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital trends, channels and best practices related to the company’s social media tools.
• Provide proactive technical assistance to the team for tool configuration and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet delivery deadlines and handle complex tasks.
• Execute individual and team operational activities in line with SLA and KPI targets.
• Support the maintenance and update of the work plan.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in social listening, market research or digital marketing.
• Experience as a Digital Planner in an agency is a plus.
• Intermediate English; Portuguese knowledge considered an advantage.
• Ability to work the shift from Tuesday to Saturday, 13:30‑23:30, onsite in Asunción.
