Brand Manager – Consumo Masivo

About the role

The company, a leader in the mass‑consumer sector, is looking for a Brand Manager with a strong commercial focus and experience in Trade Marketing. The role will own the end‑to‑end management of assigned categories, from brand strategy to execution at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement annual and quarterly category plans.
• Manage sales, volume, mix, margin, inventory, investment and profitability indicators.
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify growth, innovation or rationalisation opportunities.
• Participate in pricing, presentation, promotion and portfolio architecture decisions.
• Develop Trade Marketing strategies and execution standards per channel.
• Ensure brand availability, visibility, pricing and communication in stores.
• Conduct regular market visits and translate findings into action plans with the commercial team.
• Design promotions and activations with clear objectives and metrics.
• Coordinate campaigns, materials, packaging and communication actions with agencies and suppliers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance and Marketing.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards with concrete recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Brand Manager, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Product Management or similar commercial roles.
• Experience in mass‑consumer, distribution, retail or related industries.
• Strong commercial orientation and ability to interpret business indicators.
• Knowledge of channels, promotional dynamics and point‑of‑sale execution.
• Willingness to travel frequently to clients and retail locations.
