Trade Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Trade Marketing professional to support the analysis, monitoring and improvement of our urban development projects. The role combines market intelligence with on‑site coordination to strengthen our commercial presence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze competitor prices, products and promotions across different zones.
• Identify product improvement opportunities and propose commercial strengthening actions.
• Keep sales‑team information up‑to‑date, including access routes, features, advantages and conditions of each urbanization.
• Monitor the status, location and visibility of signage for each project.
• Identify signage needs such as directional signs, column markers and other commercial support elements.
• Map and update project locations in Google Maps, defining the most convenient access routes.
• Produce photographic records and periodic reports on the condition of each urbanization.
• Detect maintenance needs and coordinate corrective work with responsible areas.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with strong commercial orientation.
• Proactive attitude toward data collection, follow‑up and continuous improvement.
• Experience in market and competitor analysis.
• Ability to maintain accurate information for sales teams.
• Attention to detail in signage control and site documentation.

Required skills

• Google Maps for location mapping and route planning.
