Analista contable – LATAM

About the role

The Accounting Analyst will support end‑to‑end accounting operations for Nestlé’s LATAM markets, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time while adhering to internal calendars, standards and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and support full‑cycle accounting activities for LATAM markets, guaranteeing precise and timely transaction processing.
• Perform analysis and reconciliation, identify root causes and assist in corrective action plans to maintain reliable financial information.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Accounting Operations team and internal stakeholders, providing updates and explanations during governance forums.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, SLAs, accounting policies and internal controls, maintaining proper documentation and audit readiness.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by standardising, simplifying, automating and digitising processes, acting as functional backup within the team.

Required profile

• Experience in full‑cycle accounting or a similar finance function.
• Strong analytical ability to identify issues and propose corrective actions.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance with policies, controls and audit requirements.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and knowledge transfer.
