Talent Attraction Analyst LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Talent Attraction Analyst to bring our employer brand to life across LATAM. You will translate recruitment strategies into compelling visual and written content for digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts, visual identities, mood boards and storyboards based on campaign briefs and talent insights.
• Design high‑quality assets for social media, career sites, presentations, newsletters, events, email marketing, videos and other talent‑attraction touchpoints.
• Manage the Talent Attraction social media calendar, coordinate content creation, monitor community engagement and optimise performance based on metrics.
• Write inclusive copy for social media, job ads, career pages, newsletters, video scripts and employee stories, adapting tone for different talent segments.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, agencies and vendors to deliver creative solutions on time and within scope.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design, creative design or social media content creation.
• Advanced English proficiency and a strong portfolio showcasing digital and offline work.
• Proven experience managing social media calendars and community engagement.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
