IT Recruiter – Remote Work

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre‑vetted candidates and staff ongoing IT business opportunities. The recruiter will act as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team, managing end‑to‑end vetting and ensuring timely placement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in the pipeline according to specific parameters.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Communicate with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates.
• Advanced level of English.
