Supervisor de Calidad

About the role

The Quality Supervisor will ensure that all quality and food‑safety processes are established, implemented and maintained in line with the company’s Quality Management System and HACCP standards. You will work in a multicultural environment supporting aviation, airport and culinary operations across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, implement and maintain processes, records and controls required for the quality and food‑safety management system.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP principles and monitor critical control points.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, audit trails and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and support operational excellence.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to quality and food safety in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
• Experience in quality assurance or food‑safety roles, preferably within aviation or hospitality sectors.
• Ability to work independently and influence teams across different locations.
