About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department, ensuring continuous operation, equipment reliability and the implementation of continuous‑improvement initiatives within an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance activities, guaranteeing operational continuity and equipment uptime.
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Monitor, analyse and report maintenance KPIs to drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate with production and engineering to plan maintenance schedules and optimise asset reliability.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including team leadership.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, autonomous and results‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
