Project Leader (Industrial Projects)

About the role

Elkem ASA is seeking a Project Leader to drive technical and operational projects at its Limpio site. Reporting to the department manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering projects while upholding the company’s safety, quality and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules and resource plans.
• Develop and monitor budgets, timelines and performance indicators.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare regular progress reports and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to process optimisation and share best practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in industrial, manufacturing or materials environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Relevant engineering, materials science or project management education; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Limpio and adhere to health, safety and environmental standards.
