About the role
Join a purpose‑driven organization with 70 years of experience supporting airlines, airports and culinary services across the Caribbean and Latin America. As a Sub Encargado, you will act as the primary backup for the department manager, ensuring continuity of operations during their absence.
Key responsibilities
- Step in for the manager whenever they are unavailable, maintaining smooth workflow.
- Support daily operational tasks and decision‑making processes.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams in aviation support, airport dining, and culinary services.
- Assist in monitoring performance metrics and reporting to senior leadership.
