Social Media Assistant – Remote (10 hrs/week)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing wellness startup transitioning to direct‑to‑consumer sales, is looking for a Social Media Assistant to support its content strategy across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn. This part‑time, fully remote role involves creating and publishing content, engaging with audiences, and assisting early business‑development outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule posts for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Monitor platform algorithms, spot trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Respond to direct messages and community interactions.
• Collaborate with designers to produce visual assets.
• Support initial outreach for business development and help build the company CRM.
• Provide feedback on content performance and iterate on briefs.
• Participate in weekly catch‑up calls.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trend dynamics.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Resilient, proactive and comfortable with a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion or similar cloud‑based collaboration tools.
• Experience using AI tools for trend analysis and content generation.
• Prompt‑engineering skills for AI‑driven content creation.
• Familiarity with image‑generation tools.
• Basic graphic‑design abilities.
