About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Auditor at BairesDev, you will ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of recruitment audits across high‑impact and complex hiring cases. You will work remotely, collaborating with a global team of top‑tier tech talent while driving continuous improvement in hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex, sensitive, and high‑impact recruitment audits.
• Supervise and review evaluations performed by Junior Auditors.
• Lead calibration calls to standardize evaluation criteria across the audit team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or related audit roles.
• Proven experience auditing senior, specialized, and high‑volume recruitment positions.
• Hands‑on experience supervising and calibrating Junior Auditors to ensure consistency.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
