Recruiting Manager – Remote Work

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition. You will guide a large team of leaders, develop forward‑thinking hiring strategies, and ensure processes stay aligned with business needs while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Create and implement new hiring strategies and enhance employee well‑being.
• Align with other area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and effective.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics, and salary settings for the team.
• Analyze data to assess and improve recruiting and staffing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (desirable).
• Hands‑on management style with a proactive approach.
• Advanced level of English.
