Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst – IT Recruiter

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst you will act as a strategic partner for the business, leading end‑to‑end recruitment processes for IT positions. You will ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers while strengthening Nestlé’s employer brand and meeting hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for administrative, commercial, technical and leadership roles, with a focus on IT positions.
• Maintain consultative communication with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
• Design attraction strategies using multiple sourcing channels, professional networks and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and coordinate all stages of the selection process.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire and Quality of Hire, proposing continuous‑improvement actions.
• Ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers from offer to onboarding.
• Coordinate job offers, entry documentation and support the onboarding of new employees.
• Participate in regional and local talent‑attraction projects.

• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
