About the role

As a Senior Project Manager (IT) at BairesDev, you will lead multiple large‑scale technology projects, primarily focused on staff augmentation and software delivery, while working with highly skilled, remote technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support strategic plans for technology implementation to sustain organizational effectiveness.
• Plan, monitor, and guide projects, ensuring adherence to company systems, policies, and procedures.
• Foster staff retention by creating a communicative work environment and identifying growth opportunities.
• Manage capacity planning, forecast profitability, and enhance billable utilization.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Predict financial results, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in engineering management or similar senior project roles.
• Strong communication skills, client‑oriented mindset, and proven people‑management experience.
• Advanced experience with financials, budget management, and Agile methodologies.
• Deep technical expertise in the IT industry and advanced level of English.
