Delivery Manager

About the role

Worldly is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead cross‑functional squads in delivering high‑quality software solutions that align with strategic objectives. The role involves close partnership with Product Managers and Technical Squad Leads to ensure efficient, agile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure clear communication within the development team.
• Manage the backlog, prioritize tickets, and align development work with product goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between product owners and developers, surfacing risks early and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and optimizing processes.
• Coordinate resources with team leads to balance workload and meet timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or similar role in a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hands‑on facilitation of agile ceremonies.
• Experience with agile project management tools and SDLC processes.
