Remote Talent Sourcer – Full‑time Virtual Assistant

About the role

The Talent Sourcer will work remotely as a virtual assistant to our recruiting team, helping to identify and engage qualified candidates for multiple construction‑related brands. This full‑time position supports high‑volume hiring by maintaining accurate sourcing data and tracking daily recruiting activity.

Key responsibilities

• Search and source qualified candidates on Indeed according to hiring criteria.
• Review resumes, assess fit, and organize candidate information.
• Track sourcing activity and maintain candidate records in Google Sheets.
• Report daily progress and meet weekly sourcing targets.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication (C1/C2 level).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Goal‑oriented mindset; prior recruiting or admin experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using Indeed for resume sourcing.
• Excellent written communication.
