About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a strong focus on sales and commercial hiring. Working closely with hiring managers and regional stakeholders, you will understand manpower needs, develop effective sourcing strategies and attract high‑performing talent across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding follow‑up.
- Partner with hiring managers to define team structures, hiring requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Lead recruitment for sales and commercial roles such as Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Client Relationship Managers and Retention Specialists.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and direct headhunting.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market mapping and provide insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks and competitor hiring trends.
- Assess candidates based on sales performance, KPIs, industry experience and market exposure.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment progress in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Track and report recruitment metrics including time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance rate and onboarding status.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Proven experience recruiting for sales, business development, account management or other commercial positions.
- Strong understanding of sales profiles, performance indicators and target‑driven environments.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently with strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers, manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
- Fintech, financial services or related industry experience is a plus.
