About the role
Join Strider’s Freelance Recruiter Network to help US companies hire pre‑vetted tech talent from Latin America. As an independent recruiter you’ll work remotely, leveraging your network to connect developers with exciting opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Promote open positions from Strider to your professional network.
- Guide candidates to complete their profiles and submit applications through the Strider platform.
Required profile
- Independent recruiter, career coach, community leader, or tech influencer.
- Based in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru, or Uruguay.
- Familiar with the software‑engineering market (experience recruiting developers is a plus).
- Organised, proactive and excellent communication skills.
