Operations Project Manager – Consulting for Small Businesses

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Project Manager / Operations Consultant to lead client projects that improve business processes and build scalable systems for small businesses. You will work closely with clients to understand their workflows, identify inefficiencies, and deliver practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and deliver value.
• Lead weekly client meetings and discovery sessions to capture operational challenges.
• Analyze existing workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and propose improvement opportunities.
• Simplify complex information and present clear findings and recommendations.
• Design and develop customized business systems and processes.
• Own project delivery, solving operational problems independently.
• Coordinate with internal strategy, documentation, and technical implementation teams.
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, operations consulting, or related business operations roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a process‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent verbal and written English, comfortable communicating with U.S. clients.
