About the role
We are seeking a skilled operator to handle drilling equipment for geological prospecting projects. The successful candidate will work on-site, operating machinery that supports exploration activities and contributes to the collection of subsurface data.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and control drilling rigs and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow prospecting plans and drilling specifications provided by the geotechnical team.
- Monitor drilling parameters and adjust settings to achieve target depths and sample quality.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on equipment.
- Document drilling activities, report any issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of hands‑on experience operating drilling equipment.
- Ability to work in outdoor field conditions and follow technical instructions.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and environmental standards.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment upkeep.
