Jefe de Planificación de Demanda y Productividad

About the role

We are looking for a professional with strong analytical ability and proven leadership to head demand planning and productivity processes for a leading fast‑moving consumer goods company in Asunción. The role ensures alignment between commercial forecasts and operational capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation, monitoring and updating of demand forecasts, analysing sales trends, seasonality and market variables.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Supply teams to reach consensus on projections and track sales plans, campaigns, launches and promotions.
• Define and monitor demand and productivity KPIs, identify deviations and propose actions to optimise resources, inventory levels and product availability.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting accuracy and productivity performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in demand planning, productivity, supply or related functions within a mass‑consumer goods environment.
• Strong leadership, business‑wide vision and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SAP.
• Strong competence with data analysis tools.
