About the role

The Logistics Assistant will coordinate daily product deliveries, ensuring cost‑effective distribution while complying with local transport regulations and operational constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze demand, create orders, plan and coordinate bulk product deliveries, and communicate with customers to maintain service levels.
• Plan and optimise delivery assignments, provide route details to drivers, and manage truck utilisation and maintenance schedules.
• Validate drivers' trip documentation, ensure data accuracy and database quality.
• Identify and resolve non‑conformities, enforce safety and quality standards, and collaborate with distribution centre staff.
• Implement equipment maintenance programmes and manage emergency calls, customer and driver requests.
• Schedule and dispatch workers, crews and equipment for installations, services or emergency repairs, and order necessary supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or two‑year technical degree.
• 1‑3+ years of experience in accounting, business analysis or operations control, preferably with multinational firms.
• Understanding of closing processes and ERP systems.
