Inside Sales Representative – Mid Market & SMB (Paraguay)

About the role

Join Lenovo’s sales team as an Inside Sales Representative focused on Mid‑Market and SMB customers in Paraguay. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering value‑based infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact, qualify and generate sales opportunities within an assigned Mid‑Market and SMB territory.
• Develop and manage infrastructure solutions, including datacenter configurations and quotations.
• Maintain the opportunity pipeline and sales activities using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Drive customer lifecycle activities: acquisition of new customers, retention of existing accounts, and development of existing relationships.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical specialists and Lenovo business partners to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in learning and applying Lenovo sales processes, tools, and account‑management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of datacenter technologies (hardware and software).
• Familiarity with Lenovo Data Center Solution Configurator.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
