Consultor/a Empresarial Senior

About the role

We are looking for a senior business consultant to act as a strategic reference for our clients and work directly with senior management. The professional will lead end‑to‑end consulting projects, diagnose business situations, and support the implementation of commercial, operational and organisational solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client companies, conducting on‑site visits, diagnostic meetings and consulting sessions.
• Collect and analyse commercial, administrative and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design commercial and organisational action plans and develop performance indicators and control dashboards.
• Prepare procedures, job descriptions, manuals and executive reports.
• Train commercial, administrative and operational teams.
• Monitor implementation of agreed recommendations and produce monthly progress reports, flagging risks.
• Represent the firm with clients, ensuring service standards and methodology are upheld.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Master’s or postgraduate studies in Management, Commercial Direction, Operations, Finance or related areas (completed or in progress) is a plus.
• Minimum eight years of professional experience, including at least three years in a managerial or senior commercial/operational role.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing indicators, action plans and results.
• Experience working directly with owners, directors or senior management.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial functions: sales, collections, costs, margins and profitability.
• Excellent oral and written communication, capable of producing managerial‑level documents and reports.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
