Human Resources Lead Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Lead Supervisor to join a growing multinational company with industrial and commercial operations in Paraguay. The role partners with leaders to strengthen culture and deliver a people‑centered HR approach aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR processes across multiple business functions.
• Act as a trusted partner to leaders and teams, providing guidance on organizational and people‑related decisions.
• Manage recruitment and selection for operational, technical, and administrative roles.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, employee engagement, and development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and provide guidance on employee and labor relations.
• Coordinate performance management, feedback, goal setting, and talent development processes.
• Contribute to regional HR transformation, continuous improvement, and digitalisation projects.
• Develop HR metrics and reports to support informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid HR generalist experience, ideally with responsibility for leading teams or end‑to‑end HR processes.
• Experience in multinational, industrial, commercial, or operationally intensive environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Paraguayan labor legislation.
• Strong influencing skills, autonomy, and a strategic mindset.
• Approachable, proactive, adaptable professional with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency is desirable.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
