Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Analyst at BairesDev, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Working remotely, you will ensure a smooth, engaging experience while supporting the fast‑paced hiring needs of both internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, follow up on their progress, and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit for tech and non‑tech positions.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Act as the liaison during client interviews, ensuring clear and precise information flow.
• Collect and convey comprehensive candidate data to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.
