Gerente Administrativo Financiero

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead the transformation and professionalisation of the administrative‑financial management of a well‑established company. The role will be pivotal in designing and implementing financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and performance indicators, moving from a purely operational model to one that anticipates scenarios and provides valuable decision‑making information for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning process and oversee the annual budgeting cycle.
• Implement, monitor and adjust forecasts, cash‑flow projections and working‑capital requirements.
• Manage liquidity, cost structures and profitability analysis.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and analytical tools to support strategic decisions.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management procedures and compliance.
• Drive the development, restructuring and performance of the administrative‑financial team.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in import, retail, commercial, distribution or industrial companies.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, financial analysis, working‑capital optimisation and profitability.
• Strong analytical mindset, leadership capability, business vision and results‑orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP Business One.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
