Decision Support Analyst

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM, through Integrated Business Services Asunción, is hiring a Decision Support Analyst in Asunción, Paraguay. The analyst turns financial and accounting information into insights that support business decisions, using data analysis and modelling tools together with solid accounting and finance knowledge. The available shift is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial and accounting reports to identify opportunities and ensure accuracy of information.
• Prepare accounting routines and reports, and reconcile accounts.
• Enter information into SAP and manage and respond to emails.
• Follow up on pending items and support the LATAM markets.

Required profile

• Degree (or currently studying) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Intermediate-to-advanced conversational English.
• Experience preparing management reports and leading meetings.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations and decision support procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and teamwork skills, with a results-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and macros.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Time management and interpersonal skills.
