Decision Support Analyst

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions, Integrated Business Services Asunción, is hiring a Decision Support Analyst in Asunción, Paraguay. The analyst turns financial and accounting information into insights that support business decisions, using data analysis and modelling tools together with solid accounting and finance knowledge. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial and accounting reports to identify opportunities and ensure accuracy of information.
• Carry out accounting routines and prepare reports.
• Reconcile accounts and enter information into SAP.
• Manage and respond to emails and follow up on pending items.
• Provide support to the LATAM markets.

Required profile

• Degree (or currently studying) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Intermediate-to-advanced conversational English.
• Experience preparing management reports and leading meetings.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills, with good teamwork and results orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and macros.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations and decision support procedures.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and handle challenging situations.
